We are happy to announce that after the ceremony we will be having a reception dinner at Brennan's the Castillo Blarney Inn's onsite restaurant. I am asking that each guest indicate what they would like for their main course, by either commenting to the blog or sending me an email. You get your choice of soup or salad followed by an entre'.
Soup/Salad Option (choose one):
Tortilla Soup (served with chiles, avocado, sour cream, chicharron, and fresh mozzarella cheese
Tropical Salad (made with lettuce, fresh fruit and mozzarella cheese
Main Course (choose one):
Stuffed Chicken Breast with shrimp, asparagus, spinach, cream cheese and covered in a creamy yellow pepper sauce, accompanied with spaghetti and vegetables
Filet Mignon with sauce (indicate temperature and sauce) with baked potato and vegetables
Sauce Options: Pepper Mushroom Chalet/Three Chile/Mesquite
As for the beverages we are still debating options.
